I was really interested in the internet streaming capabilities but some of them didn't work out of the box. For some reason, the device didn't think it was connected to the internet although I was able to listen to Pandora through it. I had to manually perform a firmware upgrade since the online upgrade said it couldn't reach my dhcp server.
Tech support was of NO help at all. They suggested a factory reset and told me to call back if it didn't work as he hung up on me without talking.
The application navigation menu is also a little confusing and it seems much more straight forward on the Samsung. (although that blu-ray was not ready for prime time either)
