(More customer reviews)Got the blue ray player very fast, it played all my old dvd's from all over (Europe, Africa, Japan) and my blue ray movies.I bought some of the new blu ray live movies and it would not play them, so I contacted the seller to see what they recommended so I could maintain region free and not mess up the product, the basic response from all 5 emails was "not our problem", very disappointed I tried to find the firmware update and did.So I installed it and the new blu ray disc work fine but it no longer plays any of my old dvds.Just giving a warning to all those looking at this, reason I gave 3 stars because the product arrived very fast and it did play all my old dvds and blu ray but when I updated the player now only plays my blu ray disc, and customer service's attitude of "oh well its not our problem" is a big let down.Customer service -7 stars.
