(More customer reviews)This is my second DF200.Only reason im buying a second one is the non-stick is wearing off from using it so much.I make wings at least once a week and this fryer does the job.The best part is the tank easily removes from the unit and can be stored in a refrigrator.The bottom is flate and has no electrical connections to it so cleaning is easy when you change the oil.Most units I shopped did not have this easy in/out of the oil pan.When you place the oil pan in the deep fryer it sits on a hot plate that heats the oil.If the non stick wears off every year big deal for 35 bucks buy a new one.
